…But before you go for the first time, please read this entire message!

Quick Notes:  On the TimTrip.com Message Board, click on "Messages for/about Tim."  Select the topic you want to reply to by clicking on the title.  Click "Post a Reply".  (You'll be asked to log in -- see below.)  If you want to reply to a specific post rather than to the general topic, click the "Quote" button within that post.  After you've typed your message in the box, scroll down and Preview (if you wish), then click SUBMIT.

More instructions:

To post an entry, you must first Register a login name and password, and supply a minimal amount of information.  Each time you return to the Board thereafter, just log in with your username and password.  You don’t have to fill in all the info asked for, but we strongly recommend you fill in your time zone if you want your posting times to show accurately:  if you live in the Eastern time zone, you should select GMT -4 hours.

Or, you can just “lurk” (i.e. read everyone’s posts without anyone knowing you're there).  In this case, you won’t have to log in and chat (but we hope you’ll decide to join in the fun!)  Just click on the Forum Topic name.  To see who is logged into the forum, you can check who is listed after "Registered Users" in the "Who is Online" box below the forum list.  For more info on posting, please read the FAQ at the top of the Message Board.

To return to TimTrip.com, just click the "Back" button on your browser.

IMPORTANT Rules of the Board:

  • You can start a new Topic “thread” by clicking the “New Topic” button, and indicating clearly what the topic is in the subject line.  Please check to see if the Topic is already being discussed in a previous thread before you start a new one.

  • To reply to a comment in a thread, just click the "post reply" button and type away.  Helpful hint:  When you reply, click the Quote button to include the text of the post you’re replying to, to avoid confusion.

  • Please keep it reasonably clean, and resist the temptation to post comments too "salty" for public consumption!  J

  • The Forum is currently running on Eastern Daylight Time, however your posting may show a different time depending on your time zone.
