Tim's latest report:  POOKA is sailing/motoring off the coast of NJ and they hope to make the Delaware Bay tonight or tomorrow morning.

1:00 p.m. ~ Tim reported the main sail was up but they were motoring just off Avon Point, since there wasn't enough wind to be fully under sail.  Destination: Cleveland Harbor, 17 miles.
